Welcome to World Fitness Dance Academy! Established in 2014, we offer fitness and dance lessons for children aged 2 to 17 in the VA Metro Area and also online globally. Our programs aim to inspire young dancers to pursue their dreams and attain better health through movement and nutritional classes to combat childhood diabetes. Our studio is an inclusive environment for children of all abilities. At World Fitness Dance Academy, we promote a supportive and positive approach to health and wellness for millennials and seniors, helping them lead healthy lives while our children thrive and develop into future stars.

Class Schedule
Cardio Dance Kickboxing​
Monday 6 -7 pm
This class provides a full-body workout that targets every muscle group, focusing on your core. The quick movements in cardio kickboxing also enhance flexibility, balance, and coordination and can help improve your reflexes. Cardio kickboxing can help you burn between 350 and 450 calories per hour. Also, we have Waist Trainer Jumpsuits available for sale here!

Zumba Fitness & Adult Dance w/conditionig
Monday ​ 6 -7 pm
Every 1st Monday Zumba Party
Zumba is a type of dance fitness that has been popular since the 1990s. It involves a mix of Latin-inspired dance moves and music to help improve cardiovascular health, provide aerobic exercise, and offer a fun way to tone muscles, boost flexibility, and reduce stress. Zumba skirts are available.

Body Sculpting HIIT Training
Wednesday 6 -7 pm
This class is fun and pumps up the heart rate with High-intensity Training for 40-60 secs. and breaks for .20- .30 secs. while incorporating 3- 25 lb dumbbells and barbells for sculpting, shaping, and toning the arms, glutes, and abs. It is great indoors or outdoors. Bring a towel and water.

Stretch & Flex
This dance class is uplifting and soul-stirring, with exalting movements to praise and worship music. Let the dancer in you shine like a star as you learn choreography every week until the dance is completed. You will have the opportunity to share your gift with others. Great for Dance Teams and those who love to dance!
Dance & Flex is a combination of Basic Yoga and Contemporary Dance Movements. This sequence is created by Mrs. Cynthia to give your body a full stretch and increase your flexibility and balance. Relax and have fun! Try it out, and let me know how it was for you! Mats are available here!

Senior Fitness & ChairYoga
Tuesday & Thursday, 9-10 am
This class is Spirit-filled and helps you restore your stability and prevent balance issues using a chair, yoga/Pilates, and strength training exercises that mimic everyday movement. This will improve your overall body balance, increase leg and arm strength and regain mobility.

Our Sports Performance Therapy focuses on what's important for rebuilding and structuring the body, like flexibility, core strength, and back pain. Core training is part of all of our plan sessions. A strong core helps to keep you upright. You need a solid core for stability, balance, and good posture. Massage foam roller therapy included.
